Emergency Care 

During normal working hours (8am until 7pm Monday to Friday; 8.30am until 4pm Saturday):

Please contact Brockwell Vets 0207 737 2526 and come down immediately.

We will be able to triage and assess your pet for further care. 

Outside normal working hours (7pm until 8am Monday to Friday; after 4pm Saturday and all-day Sunday)

Please contact our registered out-of-hours veterinary team, 020 4634 1469.

Your call will be answered by a Nurse or a Veterinary Surgeon at our emergency care provider.

Our colleagues at the emergency centre will discuss your concerns. Wherever possible they will provide you advice for you to manage your pet at home. If they feel that veterinary attention is needed then they will advise you to come down to their clinic.

Our colleagues at Veteris are very experienced at providing a range of services including toxin management, emergency surgery and intensive care. If ongoing hospitalisation is needed then the team at Veteris will advise a suitable time for you to transfer your pet back to Brockwell Vets.

Veteris will transfer any of the clinical records to us immediately so there will always be ongoing care provided.
